Terms of Use
Last updated: August 14, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of ExcavationQuote.com (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What ExcavationQuote.com does
ExcavationQuote.com is a connection and referral service. We work to connect people who have excavation projects with independent excavation service providers serving their area. We do not perform excavation services, own equipment, employ excavation crews, engineer or design projects, inspect properties, prepare estimates, or supervise work.
Independent providers
Excavation service providers are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or representatives. Each provider is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, recommendations, scheduling, licensing, insurance, permits, agreements, workmanship, and compliance with applicable law.
Any agreement for excavation work is entered into directly between you and the provider. You and the provider decide whether to enter into an agreement and on what terms. ExcavationQuote.com is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for performing, completing, or guaranteeing any excavation project.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that a provider will be available in your area, that any provider will contact you, that any provider will accept your project, that you will receive any particular number of quotes, or that any particular pricing, savings, timeline, or outcome will result from using the Site.
Submitting a request
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to share it, including any contact information you provide. You agree that we may use the information you provide to help connect you with independent service providers related to your request, and that those providers may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your project. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit requests on behalf of someone who has not authorized you to do so
- Interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
